Clueless 90's (210)

If you are lucky to remember, the 90's began with grunge. And even though flannel shirts and shabby jeans denied fashion, their style made it to the pages of Vogue (with the help of Anna Sui, Marc Jacobs and Kurt Cobain, who, honestly, started the trend). Now grunge is coming back! Flannel shirts, entirely denim outfits, crop tops with oversized jackets were on the runway shows of Balmain, Phillip Lim, Acne and Marc Jacobs. If you are not sure what 90's fashion was, I suggest you look at Kurt Cobain and Gwen Stefani (old No Doubt stuff) or rewatch Beverly Hills 90210 and Clueless.

if the shoe fits

This week's street style post goes to the shoes! Debatably the best accessory, I'm a bit of a shoe hoarder. I have three different shelves for my shoes that each go to about chest height, and I still have tons of shoes lying around without a place. Although they all have a place in my heart.

 I don't know why I haven't done a post on mint green sooner since it was pretty obvious last fall what Spring's new favorite color would be. Pastels overall are going to be quite popular, but I personally adore the mint green color. Above were some great pieces I found on numerous websites. A hint for finding mint green pieces quickly: just search "mint" on Asos, Topshop, or any of your other favorite store sites. I already have a few pieces and I think one of them was made for Day Two at Coachella.
