Every fall there is a new 'it' boot. Last fall was the combat boot. The fall before was the 'over the knee' boot. This season, it's all about Chelsea. The chelsea boot, which used to be exclusively for that British rock n rolla boy, now has its own cool, feminine update. Topshop definitely has the best selection, in my opinion, for chelsea boots. Which kind of makes sense since they are a British company that's all about the "British" look. I can't wait to get my hands on a pair of those zebra print.
