Payless Shoes
I have a severe addiction to shoes. I literally have no more space to put all my shoes in one, neat, organized location. I just leave them scattered about. And I've considered myself a bit of a scavenger when it comes to finding cool, cheap shoes. Target is a really great place. So is JC Penny. But I never really counted Payless until a few years ago when Alice + Olivia did their line for the cheap retailer (And yes, I have a pair of those). So when Isabel Toledo decided to do a collection for them as well, I found myself shocked at the insanely cool and ridiculously cheap shoes I found on their site.
