Kate Moss X Rimmel Nail Polish

First, Kate Moss was the face of Rimmel London comsetics. Then she designed an entire lipstick collection for Rimmel. Now, Kate is designing an entire nail polish collection for the brand. I picked up a very dark purple Kate Moss X Rimmel lipstick, and it's perfectly dark and grunge. Needless to say I love it. I'm quite looking forward to Kate's nail polish collection, and whether or not you are, I suggest you watch this video of the 39 year old model talking all about the collection and why nail polish is awesome. As if you needed an explanation. Oh, and the polish will be available at a drug store near you starting April 10.

liar

Decided to post some pics from our tumblr account (tab at the top). I felt like I couldn't find any original street style photos. I'm really going to try next week. Maybe I was lagging it or being too picky. But being picky is good. Anyways, I'm really picky about posting pictures of celebrities because I feel like they're cheating when it comes to style. They can afford expensive clothing and expensive stylists to put it all together, which isn't fair to the thousands of people that can put together a great outfit on their own. So Kate Moss, Charlotte Kemp Muhl and Francis Bean Cobain are two of the very few celebrities that I don't feel bad about posting. They've proven that they know what they're doing.

your pretty little rags and bones

Kate Moss is starring in the new ad campaign for one of my favorite brands Rag & Bone. The campaign, which you'll probably see all over for Fall, is Moss in a very "candid" pose. It also celebrates Rag & Bones' first flagship store in Europe which is opening in London. Rightfully enough, the shots were taken in North London. Also remember, Rag & Bone are part of the huge collaboration between Neiman Marcus and Target, so the prices may keep you at bay from the brand, in early December, everyone will be able to get a piece of Rag & Bone.

Muse Monday: Londoners

london calling

This week's Muse is dedicated to the British girl. Obviously, the Olympics have had my head completely in London, so why not jump on the band wagon. Especially if it's headed across the pond. Featured are House of Holland, Alexander McQueen, Burberry, and of course, Dr. Martens. All pretty essentially British. I only wish I could have put some British food in the set, then again, I don't want to deter anyone. So this set is mainly dedicated to the Brit girls that come to mind, like Kate Moss, Agyness Deyn, Alexa Chung, and anyone else that you can think of that makes you want to have some cool British accent. I reported a while back that I thought the Americana trend would be put to an end by the Brit trend, I featured a ton of Topshop with it also. It seems my prediction is headed into the right direction. I've been seeing a ton of Union Jacks where the American flag used to be. I guess we'll just have to wait until Fashion Week in September to decide who will really take over.

Muse Monday: Kate Moss

kate moss style

For this week's (and our first) Muse Monday, it seemed fit to choose one of the most influential and iconic women in our current fashion era. Ms. Moss (now Mrs. Hince) has made her mark on rock 'n roll fashion more than enough times to cement her as a true icon. Her rebellious style is something that many look up to, and she never ceases to amaze with her savvy style.
