JCPenney "Call It Spring" Shoes
One of my small little shopping secrets is JCPenney. I know it's pretty random and you're probably thinking "Uh...yeah, she doesn't know s***" but you CANNOT deny that the shoes above aren't absolutely amazing. Color blocking done to an absolute perfection. Plus with a price tag of under $50, it's almost too good to be true. And think about JCPenney twice before you walk by next time. If Charlotte Ronson and the Olsen twins have collections for the retailer, they gotta be doing something right.
